At your first consultation, you will be given a questionnaire to complete. Do it with care and accuracy. If there are any points on which you would like further clarification, please do not hesitate to seek help from our reception team. Remember that there are two kinds of consultations; walk-in consultations and those with
Appointment. For the latter, you will be billed a no-show package if you do not show up at all or if you have canceled your appointment within 24 hours of being held.
ARE YOUR SERVICES COVERED BY MY INSURANCE?
Most of our interventions are fully or partially covered by local insurance. For the services for which there is a doubt, we contact your insurance for a prior agreement.
CAN I GET AN APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY?
DO YOU OFFER SERVICES WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT?
It is absolutely possible to get an appointment the same day. Our establishment offers walk-in services. Come directly to the Clinic and go to the receptionist and you will be given the instructions to see a doctor.
